Transrail Lighting wins Rs 1,647 crore global orders

Transrail Lighting Ltd has announced new orders worth Rs 1,647 crore in the power transmission and distribution, as well as railway sectors. The company reported these orders include significant international projects for engineering, procurement, and construction of transmission lines and substations. This recent announcement comes as Transrail's year-to-date orders approach Rs 9,200 crore. Randeep Narang, the Managing Director and CEO, highlighted the company’s focus on building a strong project portfolio that supports profit-driven growth. Based in Mumbai, Transrail is involved in various sectors, including civil projects, railways, and lighting. The company has operations in 59 countries and has successfully completed over 200 projects in the power transmission and distribution sector. They boast extensive capabilities, including a skilled workforce and the ability to supply self-manufactured products.
