Tri-City Storm hosting 2025 USHL Futures Camp in Illinois

The Tri-City Storm will hold the 2025 USHL Futures Camp from August 1 to August 3, 2025. The camp will take place at Orbit Ice Arena in Palatine, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. This event is aimed at players born in 2010, 2011, and 2012. Registration for the camp is available on the Tri-City website. Spots fill quickly and are offered on a "first come, first served" basis. Players should register early to secure their place. The camp will start with check-in at 5:00 PM CT on August 1, followed by a seminar and the first practice. On Saturday, players will participate in specific practices in the morning. There will also be a seminar and a question-and-answer session for parents. This gives parents a chance to talk to the Tri-City Storm Hockey Operations Staff about the team and junior hockey in general. In the evening, players will compete in a game. Sunday's schedule includes another game and optional meetings with players. The camp will conclude by 12:15 PM CT. This camp is a great opportunity for young players to develop their skills and showcase their talent. They can experience what it's like in a competitive USHL environment and meet the staff of one of the leading development programs in the country. More details on the schedule will be shared with registered players a week before the event. Travel arrangements and meals will be the responsibility of the players. Orbit Ice Arena is located about twenty minutes from Chicago O'Hare International Airport and fifty minutes from Chicago Midway Airport. Additionally, on the opening night of the camp, the Storm will play against the Youngstown Phantoms at 7:05 PM CT.
