Trump nominates Sean Duffy to lead Department of Transportation
Sean Duffy, a former U.S. Representative and Fox Business host, has been nominated by Donald Trump to lead the Department of Transportation. He will replace Pete Buttigieg, who served under President Biden. Duffy has legislative experience, having represented Wisconsin from 2011 to 2019. He previously worked as a district attorney and gained fame on MTV's "The Real World." Trump stated that Duffy will focus on improving infrastructure and national security, including changes to diversity, equity, and inclusion policies for pilots and air traffic controllers.
