President-elect Donald Trump has selected Sean Duffy as his transportation secretary. Duffy will manage a wide range of transportation systems, including pipelines, railroads, and mass transit, along with overseeing highway funding. Duffy, 53, is a former U.S. Congressman from Wisconsin, serving from 2011 to 2019. He was a member of the House Financial Services Committee and has worked as a Fox News contributor since 2020. Before entering politics, Duffy gained fame as a reality TV star on MTV. He declined a run for Wisconsin governor in 2022, citing family responsibilities.
