Turkey calls for inclusive governance in new Syrian administration

Fidan noted that international and regional actors must act carefully to maintain Syria's territorial integrity. He expressed concern about terrorist organizations exploiting the situation and highlighted the need for unity and reconstruction in the country. Regarding Assad's status, Fidan suggested he is likely out of the country and confirmed that Turkey has had no contact with him. He also mentioned Turkey's efforts to secure chemical weapons and work on the return of Syrian migrants.
