This home is 1,204 square feet in size. In Elmer, homes were sold for prices ranging from $75,000 to $265,000. The cheapest was a 540-square-foot property on Canhouse Road. The larger home on Parvin Mill Road sold for $265,000 and is 1,485 square feet. Hancocks Bridge saw a sale for $182,250 for a 992-square-foot home.
