Two co-accused arrested in Kochi drug case
Kochi City police have arrested two men linked to a drug seizure case. This case began in January when 2.56 grams of suspected MDMA, 18.46 grams of suspected LSD sugar cubes, and 33.68 grams of suspected ganja were found in a flat in Petta, near Thripunithura. The first suspect, Ranju Antony, a dentist from Alappuzha, was arrested by the District Anti-Narcotics Special Action Force on January 16. Since then, police have been searching for his co-accused. Suhail Naushad, 31, from Alappuzha and living in Kalamassery, turned himself in at court. Last Friday, police arrested Aravind P., 27, also from Alappuzha, for allegedly supplying drugs to Antony. The day before, police arrested Vishnu Narayanan, 34, from Thiruvananthapuram, for renting the flat used in the alleged drug operation.
