Two individuals arrested for methamphetamine possession in Lee County

Several people were booked into the Lee County-Tupelo Adult Jail for felony charges. Meagan E. Brock, 36, from Tupelo, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and contempt of court. John Taylor Kimbrough, 32, from Mantachie, was also arrested for possession of methamphetamine. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office received reports on Friday. A woman in Mooreville reported a man driving a silver Honda Pilot was trespassing on her property. The incident happened around 10 a.m. on Thursday. The man left the scene when she called 911. In another report, a man watching a softball game at Shannon High School had his vehicle damaged by a foul ball. The ball cracked the windshield of his 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup. He needed a police report for his insurance claim. Authorities encourage anyone with information about these incidents to contact the Lee County Sheriff's Office or the Tupelo Police Department.
