Two New Jersey brothers killed in Philadelphia crash
Two brothers from New Jersey died in a car crash on Friday night in Philadelphia. The accident happened when a Mazda they were in went off the northbound lanes of Route 95. The car landed on Castor Avenue below. Police say the Mazda was speeding at the time. There were four brothers in the car. One brother was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Another brother died later at a hospital. The names of the brothers have not been released. Witnesses reported that the Mazda was racing with a Dodge Challenger before the crash. A puppy that was also in the car was ejected and died during the incident. The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating, as the crash started on Route 95.
