Two suspects arrested for South San Francisco burglaries
A suspect was arrested Thursday for several burglaries at an apartment complex in South San Francisco. Police linked a 38-year-old man from San Jose to three incidents of mail theft. Officers first responded to reports of stolen mail on January 19 at Mandalay Place. After an investigation, detectives identified the suspect and obtained a search warrant for his home in San Jose. During the search, police found hundreds of pieces of stolen mail and other evidence related to a fraud operation. The suspect was taken into custody and is facing charges that include residential burglary and mail theft. Additionally, a second suspect, a 35-year-old man also from San Jose, was arrested at the same location. He faces charges of fraud, identity theft, and drug possession. Authorities urge anyone with information about these crimes to contact their police department.
