Two themed restaurants are opening in Atlantic City
Mark Callazzo is expanding Atlantic City, New Jersey, by opening two new themed restaurants. He is transforming a part of the city with these new dining options, alongside the Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall, where food and beverage expert Sal Spena will take charge. Spena has significant experience in the industry, having worked at several well-known establishments, including the Borgata and Trump Taj Mahal. Spena, who has deep roots in Atlantic City, expressed excitement about this new venture. He aims to showcase the area as a top destination for dining and nightlife. The two new restaurants, Isabella's Italian Pizza Kitchen and Paulie's Steak Italiano, will replace Cuzzie's and Rhythm & Spirits. Isabella's will focus on authentic Italian cuisine. It will offer wood-fired pizzas, artisanal sandwiches, and fresh salads. The restaurant emphasizes high-quality ingredients and traditional Sicilian sauces. Meanwhile, Paulie’s will combine classic steakhouse dishes with Italian flavors. It will feature cuts of steak, such as ribeye and filet mignon, along with signature dishes like Osso Bucco and Lobster Ravioli. In the evenings, Paulie’s will become a lively spot for drinks and socializing. Callazzo praised Spena's passion and commitment to improving the dining experience in Atlantic City. He is excited to see how Spena brings his ideas to life in this vibrant community.
