Tyler Traficanti lists Denver Tudor for $4.8 million
A home in Denver's Cranmer Park neighborhood is up for sale for $4.8 million. Tyler Traficanti and her husband, Bryan, bought the brick Tudor house in 2015 for $2.6 million. Tyler, an interior designer, had dreamed of owning this house long before her family purchased it. The 7,500-square-foot mansion has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also features a three-car garage and sits on nearly half an acre. Designed by architect Raymond Harry Ervin in 1941, the house includes unique architectural details, like a circular staircase and beamed ceilings. Tyler renovated the home to make it more personal. She refinished the floors, painted the walls, and updated the kitchen. Despite its size, she says the home feels cozy and quiet, thanks to its thick walls. Now that their children are in college, the Traficantis have decided to downsize. They hope to pass the home to new owners who will appreciate it. The listing is with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty.
