Summary: Typhoon Julian, also known as Krathon, has caused five deaths and affected over 317,600 people in the Philippines, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC). Four fatalities were reported in the Ilocos Region and one in Cagayan.

The typhoon displaced 248 individuals, with 72 in evacuation centers. Damage to infrastructure is estimated at over 934 million pesos, while agricultural losses reached 414 million pesos, impacting over 13,600 farmers and 12,343 hectares of crops.

Julian has weakened into a low-pressure area and exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility. It was last tracked 480 kilometers north of Ibayat, Batanes.
