UAE and India strengthen cultural collaboration efforts

New Delhi: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and India are strengthening their cultural ties through a recent high-level meeting. Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi from the UAE and K. Nandini Singla from India co-chaired the discussions. The UAE delegation included several important figures, such as Mubarak Al Nakhi from the Ministry of Culture and Abdulnasser Alshaali, the UAE Ambassador to India. They focused on making the India-UAE Cultural Council effective and enhancing connections between their people. A major topic of discussion was the creation of India House in the UAE. This center aims to showcase India's diverse artistic and cultural heritage on a global stage. The two sides also talked about supporting creative startups and forming committees to oversee cooperation in key areas. Al Kaabi expressed that the meeting highlighted the commitment of both nations to build stronger cultural and creative partnerships. She emphasized the importance of expanding cultural exchanges to strengthen the bonds between the UAE and India. Both delegations concluded the meeting by committing to implement initiatives that reflect the goals set by the leaders of both countries.
