In a separate incident, a car bomb killed a Russian-controlled nuclear power plant employee in Enerhodar. Ukrainian military intelligence labeled the victim, Andrei Korotkiy, a "war criminal" and collaborator. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will present a "victory plan" to allies at the US Ramstein Air Base in Germany on 12 October. This plan aims to outline steps for ending the war with Russia.
