Ukrainians utilize technology to find missing war victims

Ukrainians are using advanced technology and family efforts to search for nearly 60,000 missing persons from the war. This includes DNA testing and facial reconstruction techniques to identify remains and locate captured soldiers. The Ukrainian government has repatriated over 7,000 bodies since the invasion began in February 2022. However, identifying these remains is complex, often requiring DNA analysis due to the condition of the bodies.
