Universal Orlando reveals Epic Universe souvenir merchandise
Universal Orlando is releasing new souvenirs for its upcoming Epic Universe theme park. Items include T-shirts with bold graphics, Toothless popcorn containers, and various wands from the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Many of these products have already been available at the Epic Preview Center, with even more set to launch on May 22 when the park opens to the public. The merchandise features designs from popular franchises like How to Train Your Dragon and Super Nintendo World. For instance, there are shirts that showcase Viking characters and Mario themes. Universal is also offering unique items, such as Viking cosplay gear and dragon-themed plush toys. In addition to the Epic Universe souvenirs, Fun Spot in Kissimmee has introduced a new thrill ride called Up and Overboard. This ride swings riders in gondolas and offers stunning views during the day, as well as bright light displays at night. Fun Spot is also expanding its attractions with new rides designed for younger guests. At Legoland Florida, themed hotel rooms will soon open. These include six rooms inspired by Duplo blocks, featuring a jungle theme and baby penguins in the bathrooms. Other updates include reimagined rooms themed after Ninjago and Lego Friends. The Museum of Illusions Orlando is hosting a "vintage spring break" event through April 6, featuring nostalgic decorations from the 1960s, '70s, and '80s. The attraction will also hold a singles event on March 27, in partnership with the dating app Match. Finally, at Ole Red in Icon Park, visitors can see Blake Shelton’s iconic chair from "The Voice." Guests are encouraged to take photos in the chair, which will be on display until April 14.
