Update prevents accidental deletion of saved data
Warhorse Studios has released a new update for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. This update addresses several issues, including a feature that could lead players to accidentally delete their saved game data. Losing progress can be frustrating, especially considering the game's extensive content. The latest patch, known as hotfix 1.2.2, was made available today. It includes bug fixes and improvements aimed at enhancing the player experience. One key change is the removal of the New Game option from the pause menu. This change aims to prevent accidental overwrites of existing game saves. Other fixes in the update address various issues. For example, a problem that caused players to be seen as trespassing in rented rooms has been resolved. Additionally, specific platform fixes were made for PlayStation 5 and PC to improve performance. This update is part of the studio's commitment to support the game and its community. Following this hotfix, three free updates are planned for Spring 2025, along with new paid downloadable content (DLC) later this year. These updates and DLCs are expected to further enhance the game's offerings. Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 launched on February 4, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The game has received positive reviews and has been praised for its gameplay mechanics. The game is priced at $59.99, but players can wait for sales to acquire it at a lower price.
