Uriah Heep plans to continue touring after 2025 UK farewell tour, says guitarist
Uriah Heep's guitarist, Mick Box, announced that the band will continue touring after their 2025 UK farewell tour. The UK leg starts in February, featuring shows in cities like Birmingham, Glasgow, and London, with support from April Wine and Tyketto. Box clarified that while they will not undertake long tours, they plan to perform at festivals and special events. He cited logistical challenges, such as increased travel costs and equipment transport issues, as reasons for this change. The farewell tour, titled "The Magician’s Farewell," aims to cover as many locations as possible over the next two to three years. Uriah Heep, formed in 1969, released their latest album, "Chaos & Colour," in early 2023.
