This follows a two-year spree of cyberattacks that included sophisticated phishing campaigns. In November 2023, the U.S. Department of Justice announced the indictment of five hackers, including individuals from Texas, Florida, and the U.K. This comes after a 17-year-old was arrested in connection with the MGM hack in July.
