Usha Uthup returns to "Lucifer" franchise after six years

Usha Uthup, a Padma Bhushan award-winning singer, will return to the "Lucifer" franchise in the upcoming film "L2: Empuraan." This marks her first appearance in six years, following her hit song "Empuraane" for the original film. The film, directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, continues the story from the 2019 blockbuster "Lucifer." It features Mohanlal reprising his role as Khureshi-Ab’raam and includes a star-studded cast, such as Tovino Thomas and Jerome Flynn. "L2: Empuraan" is set to release on March 27 in five languages. The film will have worldwide screenings, starting with its first show at 6 AM IST.
