Utility Trailer introduces new features for trailers

Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company has introduced new features for its 4000D-X Composite dry freight vans and 3000R refrigerated trailers. These updates aim to improve versatility and performance for transportation needs. The 3000R now includes an offset CenterSeal® configuration. This design enables multiple temperature zones within the trailer, allowing for flexible load management. Each side can maintain different temperatures, which is crucial for transporting temperature-sensitive goods. Steve Bennett, the company’s President, noted that this system meets demanding cold-chain requirements effectively. Additionally, the internal wall of the trailer can be adjusted or removed, further enhancing its versatility. The new air circulation system works well with the Cargobull transport refrigeration unit, avoiding the high costs and maintenance of traditional dual units. Utility's 4000D-X Composite van also features improved load securing with the Kinedyne Kaptive beam system. This design allows for better payload capacity and safety. With the guided load bars easily moved when not in use, it provides clear space for loading and unloading. Utility Trailer, established in 1914, is the oldest privately owned trailer manufacturer in America. The company has several facilities across North America for producing various types of trailers.
