Uttar Pradesh man deceives three women into marriage

A man named Rajan from Uttar Pradesh is accused of deceiving three women into marrying him. He falsely claimed to be a widower and an employee of the excise department. Rajan met Kiran, a divorcee, in 2019. They married in a temple in Varanasi in 2022. During their marriage, he encouraged Kiran to take a loan of ₹42 lakh to build a house. Kiran later discovered that Rajan was not actually an excise department employee, which led her to file a police complaint. Investigators found that Rajan had married another woman, Sarita, in 2014. Sarita, who has a child with him, reported Rajan to the police in 2016. Additionally, he also deceived a third woman, Neelima Singh, by misrepresenting his job. Neelima reached out to the police for help after learning about Rajan's lies. The police continue to investigate the case.
