Ventive Hospitality to launch Rs 1,600-crore IPO on December 20

Ventive Hospitality, a joint venture of Blackstone Group and Panchshil Realty, will launch its Rs 1,600-crore initial public offering (IPO) on December 20, closing on December 24. The anchor book opens a day earlier on December 19. The IPO proceeds will be used to repay existing borrowings. Ventive's portfolio includes 11 luxury hospitality assets in India and the Maldives, totaling over 2,000 keys across various upscale segments. The price band for the IPO will be announced on December 17. Several financial institutions, including JM Financial and Axis Capital, are managing the offering.
