Verisk nominates new directors for board election
Verisk, a leading data analytics and technology company, has announced the nomination of Christopher Perry and Sabra Purtill to its Board of Directors. They will stand for election during the company's Annual Meeting on May 20, 2025. Christopher Perry currently leads the global marketing efforts at Broadridge and has held various key roles within Thomson Reuters. He also serves on several non-profit boards, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Jersey. Sabra Purtill has over 35 years of experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. She has held significant roles at American International Group, including Chief Risk Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Purtill also serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for Politics at the University of Virginia. As part of this transition, retired General Vincent Brooks and Wendy Lane will step down from the Board on May 20, 2025. Both have contributed greatly to Verisk during their tenures. Bruce Hansen, chair of Verisk's Board, expressed gratitude for Brooks' and Lane's leadership. He looks forward to the new insights and expertise Perry and Purtill will bring to the company. Verisk aims to strengthen its role in the global insurance industry and serve its clients more effectively.
