Instead, she plans to submit written responses and an affidavit about the confidential funds. Duterte previously attended a hearing on September 18 but did not take an oath. The House committee's inquiry, which resumes on November 20, has revealed that nearly half of the OVP's budget was spent on satellite offices. The investigation also includes allegations of suspicious bank transactions linked to the Duterte family, totaling P2.4 billion. Duterte stated she is unaware of these transactions and has previously inquired about them.
