Vivo launches V50 Lite 5G with Dimensity 6300 chipset

Vivo has launched the V50 Lite 5G, just days after announcing its 4G version. The new model features several upgrades, including a Dimensity 6300 chipset for better connectivity. The V50 Lite 5G retains the large 6,500mAh battery and fast 90W charging of its predecessor. This battery can fully charge in just under 53 minutes and offers impressive longevity. Vivo claims it will maintain at least 80% health even after five years of use. The phone includes 8 or 12GB of RAM and 256 or 512GB of storage. However, it lacks a microSD slot for additional storage. The display is a vibrant 6.77-inch OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,800 nits of brightness. Camera-wise, the device has a 50MP main camera and now adds an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The front features a 32MP selfie camera. The V50 Lite 5G is also rated IP65, making it resistant to dust and water. Available colors include Titanium Gold, Phantom Black, Fantasy Purple, and Silk Green. In Spain, the 12GB/512GB model is priced at €400. The phone also comes with stereo speakers but does not have a headphone jack.
