Vivo V50e launches in India mid-April, similar design

Vivo's V50e has been rumored for several months. According to a new report, it is expected to launch in India in mid-April. In terms of design, the V50e will closely resemble the vivo S20. This means it will feature a similar marble finish, a circular dual camera layout on the back, and a ring light below the camera sensors. The specifications of the V50e will include a large 6.77-inch quad-curved AMOLED screen. It will have a "1.5K" resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The phone will offer up to 256GB of storage. For cameras, it is set to include a 50 MP main camera and an 8 MP ultrawide lens. It will also feature a 50 MP selfie camera. The device will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 7300 chip, along with 8GB of RAM. The V50e will run on Android 15 with vivo's FuntouchOS 15. It will have an in-display fingerprint sensor and will be resistant to dust and water with IP68 and IP69 ratings. The phone will come with a hefty 5,600 mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging. While it shares features with the S20, the V50e will not be a simple rebrand, as many of its components will differ.
