Wanted woman flees police after car crash in Brook Park

A 25-year-old woman from Brook Park was arrested on March 4 after leading police on a car chase and then fleeing on foot. Police recognized her from previous chases when they spotted her vehicle at a gas station. After attempting to evade police, the woman crashed her Chevrolet Impala into another vehicle on the exit ramp of Interstate 71. She then ran from the scene but was quickly apprehended by officers. The woman complained of ankle pain after the incident and was taken to a local hospital. The occupants of the other vehicle reported back pain but declined to go to the hospital.
