Wayne Northrop, actor from Dynasty and Days of Our Lives, dies at 77
Wayne Northrop, the actor known for his roles in "Dynasty" and "Days of Our Lives," has died at the age of 77. He passed away on Friday at a care facility after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Northrop was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s six years ago. His wife, Lynn Herring Northrop, stated he died surrounded by family and expressed gratitude for the care he received. He was best known for playing Detective Roman Brady on "Days of Our Lives" and chauffeur Michael Culhane on "Dynasty." Northrop also had roles in other series and was involved in wildlife conservation. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
