Wells Street Films signs deal with Francesca Moody Productions

Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s Wells Street Films has signed a two-year first-look deal with Francesca Moody Productions. This agreement allows Wells Street to develop FMP’s theatrical works for television, marking a new collaboration between the two companies. Wells Street Films, founded in 2019, has an existing deal with Amazon MGM Studios. The partnership reunites Waller-Bridge and Moody, who previously worked together on the acclaimed stage production of "Fleabag." Francesca Moody Productions has a strong history of turning stage productions into successful TV series. Current projects include "Weather Girl" and "Feeling Afraid As If Something Terrible is Going to Happen," among others.
