West Bend man arrested for using alias to DJ children's events as registered sex offender
A West Bend man, Nicholas G. Mistrioty, 45, was arrested for violating sex offender registry rules. He allegedly used the alias "Nicholas Maseraty" to work as a DJ at children's events without disclosing his status as a sex offender. Mistrioty, a convicted sex offender, was found to have provided DJ services at multiple school events, including a Girl Scout fundraiser and a Valentine's Day dance. He did not inform school staff of his criminal background. He faces several charges, including failing to identify himself correctly and working with children as a registered sex offender. Mistrioty is currently held on a $2,500 bond.
