"Wicked" boosts UK film industry and local employment

Despite challenges, including budget cuts and strikes in the industry, there is cautious optimism about recovery. Young people in the area are eager to enter the film industry. Programs like the Future Talent Programme help train locals, with many transitioning into full-time roles in film and TV.
