The wife of convicted Hin Leong founder Lim Oon Kuin has listed her Queen Astrid Park bungalow for sale at $100 million. This comes shortly after the Lim family agreed to pay $3.5 billion to liquidators of their collapsed oil trading firm. Madam Tan Sook Eng purchased the property in 2017 for $46 million. The current asking price reflects a significant increase in land values in the area, with recent transactions averaging between $2,100 and $2,500 per square foot. Since Hin Leong's collapse, the Lim family has sold three other bungalows as part of efforts to address their debts. The market for good class bungalows has seen a decline in total deals compared to previous years.
