The upcoming season of "Wolf Hall," titled "The Mirror and the Light," will feature Lydia Leonard as Lady Jane Rochford, replacing Jessica Raine. Raine, known for her role in "Call the Midwife," will not return due to scheduling conflicts. Several other cast members, including Tom Holland and Bernard Hill, are also absent from this new installment. The series continues the story of King Henry VIII and his advisor Thomas Cromwell after Anne Boleyn's execution. "Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light" is set to premiere on BBC One and iPlayer on November 10, 2024. Leonard previously portrayed Anne Boleyn in a stage adaptation of the series.
