He called for empowering women to lead and highlighted Honeywell’s initiative ‘LeadHERS in Tech’ for supporting women in innovation. A discussion between Ashish Modi and Niranjan Kalyandurg focused on the importance of male allyship for creating inclusive workplaces. They addressed gender biases and stressed the need for training to overcome unconscious biases in the industry.
