Wuthering Waves 2.2 update launches on March 27th

In a livestream event today, the creators of Wuthering Waves announced the version 2.2 update, titled “Tangled Truth in Inverted Tower.” This update is set to be released on March 27, 2025. The update will bring a wealth of new content to the game. Players can expect a new main quest, companion story, and regions, along with special events. The story will focus on exploring Avinoleum as players seek to uncover secrets related to Cartethyia and the Imperator. Version 2.2 will also introduce new character banners for players to enjoy. The first phase will begin on March 27 and will feature characters like Cantarella and Camellya. Details about the second phase, including additional characters, will be shared at a later date. Special events will accompany the update, offering players goals to achieve for rewards. Notable events include exploration challenges and co-op combat opportunities. There will also be gameplay improvements, such as better color settings and story review features. Wuthering Waves is currently available on multiple platforms, including PS5 and mobile devices. Starting April 29, it will also be accessible on PC via Steam. The upcoming update aims to enhance the gaming experience significantly.
