In her recent Instagram video, Yasmin shows six effective exercises that target the glutes and quads. Yasmin encourages people to try these exercises for a strong lower body. The exercises listed aim to help achieve a sculpted look. For glutes, she suggests three exercises. First is the Romanian Deadlift (RDL), which involves bending at the hips to target the glutes and hamstrings. The second exercise is a single-leg squat, which builds stability and glute strength. The kettlebell swing is the third, focusing on the glutes, core, and hamstrings. For the quads, Yasmin recommends forward lunges, goblet squats, and stationary lunges. Forward lunges help improve balance and strengthen the quads. Goblet squats, done with a weight close to the chest, also build strength while supporting good posture. Lastly, stationary lunges isolate the quads and enhance core stability. These exercises can help anyone looking to strengthen and shape their legs.
