York High baseball scores 10 runs in fourth inning

York High baseball team had an impressive victory over Steel-High on Tuesday. They won the game 18-5 in just five innings. The highlight came in the fourth inning when York scored 10 runs. Angel Vargas and Luis Gonzalez were key players for the Bearcats. Both players had three hits and scored three runs. Gonzalez also drove in three runs, while Vargas added two more RBIs. Carlos Cruz and Aliel Vazquez contributed with two hits each. Cruz brought in two runs and scored twice, while Vazquez added one run. York's pitching was strong as well. Four pitchers combined to strike out 13 Steel-High batters and allowed only five hits. For Steel-High, Yadiel Rodriguez had two hits and scored a run. Shawn Williams and Dominic Pinci also scored, helping Steel-High to a brief 5-4 lead in the top of the third inning. After that, York's powerful fourth inning helped them secure the win and pull ahead decisively.
