Youth shot in Bhojpur village, police seek suspects

In Bhojpur district, a young man named Pappu Kumar was shot on Wednesday morning. The 18-year-old was attacked by two men on a motorcycle while he was walking back home from the fields. He was hit in the left hand and is currently being treated at a hospital in Ara. Witnesses say the attackers blocked Pappu's path and opened fire without warning. Pappu ran home crying for help and fell near his house. His family and neighbors quickly took him to the hospital. According to police, they have identified the suspects and are conducting raids to catch them. Rakesh Kumar, the station house officer, confirmed that an investigation is ongoing. A cousin of Pappu mentioned that the attackers are known troublemakers in the village and have a history of causing issues for residents. Pappu, however, claims he has no enemies.
