Zakir Hussain laid to rest in San Francisco as musicians honor his legacy
Zakir Hussain, the renowned tabla maestro, was laid to rest on December 19, 2024, in San Francisco. He passed away on December 16 due to complications from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis at the age of 73.
