Zhou Guanyu returns to Ferrari as reserve driver

Zhou Guanyu has rejoined Ferrari as a reserve driver for the 2025 Formula 1 season. He previously raced for the team in his early career. Zhou is excited about his return and eager to learn from current drivers Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton. Zhou spoke with F1.com during pre-season testing in Bahrain. He expressed happiness working at Ferrari, where he feels he is starting a new chapter. Dressed in Ferrari's signature red color, which symbolizes good fortune in Chinese culture, he was visibly enthusiastic. In addition to Zhou, Antonio Giovinazzi is also serving as a reserve driver for Ferrari. Both will support Leclerc and Hamilton throughout the season. Zhou aims to make a strong comeback and hopes for a chance to compete again on the track.
