Zomato agent demanded extra fee after late delivery

Feeling something was off, she asked the delivery man to check again. At that moment, her elder brother appeared. The delivery man quickly walked away when he saw him, without explaining anything. The woman warned others to be cautious and not to pay extra unless it is clearly stated by the delivery platform. She stressed that customers are not responsible for delays or distance issues and that scammers may try to take advantage of such situations. Many users on Reddit reacted to the incident.
